4 oxygen sensors are used for OBDII engines however, you really only need to change out the 2 that are located upstream of the catalytic converter.

They are not known to be easy to replace and some say it took them around 4 hours to do the job but it took me much less time than that. The sensors are in a very tight location and the plugs can be very difficult to separate or plug back together.

Why are you changing the O2 sensors? Are you getting a Check Engine Light? I replaced my O2 sensors and it didn't make any difference on fuel economy and power.

4 total. 2 for the engine, 2 to check catalytic converter efficiency.
no check engine light DOES NOT mean good o2s. they are recommended to be replaced every 60,000 miles.
i replaced my o2s and did notice a change in fuel economy, better idle, and no smell from the cats at full throttle.

drop the exhaust. the 2 rears will then be easy. 1 front will be easy, and 1 front will be stupid.

I have got 116K and will prob change mine this fall...not a fun job but if you have a good O2 socket it is not all that bad...

My car has 98,000 miles on it.Check light on.Motor is skipping.Highway economy,25MPG.
