I own a 2002 LS. Yesturday I sucked up the little chrome pieces on the a/c vents. I understand through the archives that it is common. User 00ls-sport was mentioned as having these parts. Please, someone or 00ls-sport let me know how to order them with out a dealer visit.

Try P/N 4W4Z-19E984-AAA. I believe that is for the chrome strip. I don't remember the actual cost, but IIRC it wasn't much.

I just looked. Team Ford has them for ~$4 apiece.

Well if that isn't what he meant, he need only wait a while and nature will return them. Use gloves.

I vacuumed one of mine up, but my cheap as won't buy one... I just bought a replacement center cap this week that I lost like 8 or 9 months ago.

I'm missing both of the little triangle vent covers. One shot off one day and one shot off another. Guess the detailers vacuumed them up because I never found them.

One of my triangle vents did that just the other night. Scared the isht out of me. It was after the car was parked for a while, and it blew out and hit my leg. I thought a mouse got into the car, and was trying to escape lol.

So does anyone know the part for that triangle vent off-hand? Mine did that a few months ago, shortly after I got the car.
