Does anyone have any ideas on different shifter knobs or shifters like a Hurst or B&M that could fit my ride? i've read thru tech articles on this and other forums and found nothing.

Anything can fit. How much you wanna cut? I assume you are talking about a ratchet type shifter? You will have to cut the opening in the console some to fit it but its dooable.
