Ugh. I keep forgetting about that. With my new sway bar I have to remove the mounts to get to the filter. I was hoping to buy one of them ebay oil relocation kits before the next change but dont see me having the $80 for it.

I love how they friggen welded a cat onto one of the exhaust manifolds so if that cat ever fails or you want to replace it you'll need to drop the K-member and take off the exhaust manifold. I mean WHY!?!?!?!?! Speaking of which I think my O2 sensors are going bad. I get like 11 average mpg and when I floor it I get a really nasty smell from the exhaust sometimes.

Also what's special about the O2 sensors on a gen 1? What do you need to do to change them? I know about the IAC valve on gen 1's.

o thats easy.... I'm am a pro at wedging my hand in tight spots on a car. and the right side cat cut it off with just enough room for a pipe to connect.

Try doing the oil change with an Addco bar in the front, it makes it harder, but it's still doable... There are alot worse cars to work on then ours...

easy as pie grab the filter from the back left of the motor on top.
