Overpriced?

Just thought a certain post was dumb, not the poster himself.

Those heads are worth $800 give or take. I can get 99/01 heads for $200 and a good porting job like that is $600-$1000 at the most. Well, guess it could be more. Never had a set of heads ported before.
 
Modularheadshop does stage 3 porting for 4v heads for $2700 and has custom grind cams for $1300 so for 4000 you could have better in my opinion. 5,000 is steep for used heads. I also like how he tacked "pi" onto the title, they aren't 2v heads so they aren't "pi"

I was just trying to point out that RC can say whatever he wants about Jamie, but no one will care because Jaime his probably the most respected person here and RC is on the complete other end of the spectrum. People in that thread were making points that had nothing to do with the issue. I don't think RC was right at all, but others were just as bad, bringing up old stuff and childish name calling.

I had about $2500 in a set of 4V heads a few years back. I can't imagine those heads selling at all. Not with this economy. I wish I hadn't sold the set of stock Mach 1 heads I had.
