Installed LSE bumper today

Had to get my car inspected and the guy failed me for a stupid fog light being out. The fog light was burned out because when I bought new bulbs a few months ago and put them in, the driver's side bulb wasn't in all the way. This caused the bulb to burn the opening of the fog light and melt the plastic. Therefore it was ruin. So I said forget it, I'll just install my new bumper with new fog. The fogs are H8 Luminics Titanium white bulbs. I didn't install my headlights with angel eyes because I'm still having a hard time trying to figure out how to adapt them to my 01 LS. I sent Alexbougie an message since he's the only one I've seen so far on here who has added second gen headlights on an gen one LS but he's rarely on. Overlook the tag zip tied to the air dam. That's temporary for now until I get the car painted painted.Here are a few pics.

virginia..... lol but probably emissions or something i know they are dicks out by me, but since i technically live in an unincorporated part of town i don't have to do that stuff, my brothers girlfriend failed for her turn signal not working

It was my annual vehicle state inspection. Some states don't have them. According to VA law, if something is on the car such as fog lights then they must work or it won't pass.

That's just in the picture but they are not yellow. The setting on the camera probably needed to be adjusted but they are not yellow by any means.
