Anyone know a good body shop in central IL

I need to have my back bumber re cleared. It just started peeling today and I want to nip this in the butt and I need my license plate bracket repainted as some :q:q:q:q:q:q:q kick it and cracked it. The shops around here(Bloomington-Normal, IL) are untrust worthy. I had the bracket painted once before and the paint fell off right when the warranty was up. Then a family friend of mine (who owns a shop) refused to paint my chrome trim.

bring it in anytime. Id prefer if you brought the car in with the parts that way we could check the color before hand.

This is what I'm working with the plate bracket has been glassed back together, just needs bondo and sanding before paint. The color is Medium Cranberry(code EX). I'm not sure if the paint is faded or if that is just the rest of the clearcoat going to hell in a handbasket.
