Woke up to someone knocking on the door and come and found this:mad:. Just left the body shop and they said they can repair the bumper so I don't have to buy a new one. Talking about being pissed this morning. I've already got the car scheduled for next month to get fixed with a complete paint job along with the LSE conversion swap. So stay tuned for the update.

Actually it was a hit and run. There were some neighbors outside, don't know what the hell they were doing at that time in morning who saw the whole thing and got an description of the vehicle.
 
it was a black ls with new jersey plates...so sorry i got drunk popped a couple of ruthies slept with a couple of sri lankin street hookers and long story short...ended up in VA with no car no money and no cell (street hookers)...sooo i stole a white malibu and on my way out the spot i crashed into yours truly....again...sorry

Lol good one DJ, you lucky was able to keep going or else it would have been trouble, lmao.
 
People don't respect anything. Seems like over the past week, every day it's a new scuff or scrape. I have a small hole in my rear bumper, scrape on passenger front where the fender and bumper meet, and various scratches all in the last week. And I'm hyper-respectful of other people's stuff.
 
That sucks. Doesn't look like major damage so thats good.

I can feel you on that. You can best believe when it gets painted and I'm not driving it, it will have the car cover on it.
 
oic i thought you meant they where nice enough to stop and actually be respectful. Guess I should have known better than to think there where some decent people out at four in the morning.

Yep that's actually in the plan. I'm actually getting ready to purchase the fog light brackets and pig tail harnesses for the 06 fog lights. Hey Andrizzle do you have a bigger picture of your car with that McLaren grill on? I'm really diggin that. But I also thought about doing the LSE grill in all black including the water falls with an red emblem.
 
BLACK CHROME WATER FALL! That would be sick!. A little contrast and black shine
 
I got a nice scrape on my front fender (thankfully just on the clearcoat) and a new gash in my rear bumper. I make it a point to park away from other cars as well.
 
I was a victom of a hit and run. I was about to pull out of a gas station and was waiting to murge with traffic, when some one rearended me. Chipped the paint off my bumper.
My wife sent me an email last week informing me, my insurance sent a check for $2,500.:) I'm getting a new paint job when I get home. I'm just not sure if I should stay with the purl white.:rolleyes:

Dam how did you manage to get the insurance to send you a check for that much? Yea I'm doing the same thing getting the whole car repainted but I wasn't going to do it this soon but hey it is what is. Just finished ordering the rest of the parts for the LSE conversion and about to send my lights to Alex.
 
I have no idea. I was thinking 1,000 at the most. I suspect there is a letter with the check. I'll have to wait until I get home to see.
