I finally got around to installing my DDMTuning.com 35w 6000k HID kit. I cant believe how much brighter these are than the stock bulbs.

I started out with this one headlight wonder:

And ended up with this:

Other than the left headlight needing to be adjusted up just a hair, I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Best $25 I have ever spent.

BTW I do have 1 stock bulb, and 2 ballasts for sale.

A big thanks to KustomizingKid who hooked me up with the adapters.

I had the same thing as you. One good factory bulb and one bad bulb. I replaced my bad bulb with an aftermarket setup like yours (6000k, 35 watt kit) just to compare. The aftermarket side was way wayyyy way more bright than the factory bulb side. Changed out both sides and I could not be happier.

No problem man!

Did you put something between the adapters and the bulbs to hold them tightly? I used an oring...

Those look nice. I should stop spending money elsewhere and finally order these. The regular bulbs in the new housing really suck!

lol yup the ''lid'' that the hid bulb came in and a band saw made easy work. just did mine the other day too, also used the kids adapters, my car is a boatload of the kids one off productions lol thanks kid.

both my bulbs worked thats why i sold them to the phreak :shifty: :D

Nice going chicken... I have another one off part that I will hopefully have for you at boscobel...

just remenber that bulbs start losing from the frist time you turn them on so you will get a brighter lite (more lums) with a new one.
