He just didn't aline the teeth with the grooves properly.

When done correctly, this give the Mark the "Shaker Hood" option coupled with the Cobra intake to properly show the hot rod aspect.

It really helps if you read the instruction before performing the performance upgrades.

Some one either did or tried ( or was thinking aloud ) bout installing a mustang shaker from a Mach 1
