got my mech buddy (close friend) comeing over in the a.m. to replace my rear springs (bag's to coils). iam to lazy to do it myself but how long should it take? He obviously doesnt have his air tools cuase he's comeing to my house as the rear is slammed and wont pump up.........So how long roughly? i'm so happy to get this done. about time..

really? 10-15min each side i'll assume....i did my front conv but for what ever reason im scared to do the rears.....might be my lack of tools/exp...idk

i could swap out two rear bags for two rear coils in about 15 minutes total! if you did the front yourself the rear could be done one handed while eating a ham and swiss hoagie with the other hand!

guess i'm just a pus sy....i think my dad scared me.....he was all concerned that they would pop out or sumthing...idk... reguardless, my buddy has a $3k scanner and he's going to check my computer while he's here....it seems every year i store it random fu cking codes pop up. need to get this thing on the road as i just sold my other car.. i'm sure by noon tomarrow i'll bi tch on here about how easy it was and that i shouldve done it myself.

how about a 5 dollor footlong and a bag of doritos????while doing a handstand....lol

you just jack it up disconnect the sway bar end links. pull the selenoid out of the air bag push the 4 little tabs in, then turn the bag and viola its out. Then lay the spring in there and reconnect the sway bar... repeat for the other side....

I've done it 3 times now, and it gets easier every time. Around 45 min. tops for the whole thing last time. And i was eating a ham sandwich, now that i think of it. :D

ironic that its alittle after noon but god it looked easy. but he only charged me 30 bucks and he scanned my comp and found i have a dead coil on the #7 . so when my cops get here that i ordered i will have a car again. havnt driven it yet but i think i might have to buy some of those spacers to raise the rear.... well see if it rubs i guess

did find out the pass side imrc's are stuck open again... sh it happens every winter i store it. I guess i'll wiggle it free again when i replace the cop
