so the Lincoln has been sitting in storage since November. on new years I went to the barn to fire it up and noticed the rear end was all the way down. so I let the car run for about ten minuets, and the rear end only reinflated about half way up. So I shut the car off, shut the air ride switch off. I came back today and the rear end was down again. My question is could the air suspension vent even the air ride switch is off, or do I have a leak.
I even noticed that when I was driving the car regularly and I let it sit for a week that the suspension would drop.

Kinda sounds like the solenoid itself for the rear might be leaking. Really not normal for the entire rear to drop. Might just need to replace the vent solenoid or o-rings for the rear.

Or you have a leak somewhere else. Nothing will 'function' with switch off.

If I were you, I would let the car fill up completely, and spray down the rear bags with soapy water.

i tried filling them and it filled only half way and the pump stopped that's why I was thinking it was a sensor or something

maybe you have a larger than normal leak and the pump timed out, what happens if you shut it off after it stops then start it again?

+1 I was under the impression that you just turned it off after it didn't fill.

If you did infact turn it off and restart it, I would look toward a valve or sensor?
