My coolant degas bottle is leaking like crazy now, almost as fast as I pour it in its coming out.. Need to replace it asap. you guys suggest rockauto? or if anyone has an extra for whatever reason I would be willing to purchase it off of them!

I may have paid a little more then I had to but I bough this one from this seller:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/00-0...r_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item35a482e619

It comes with new hoses which makes changing out the tank real easy.

Also I ended up pulling the entire cross brace because it was just easier that way for me. I'd rather wrench a little more then screw around with getting the tank in and out with the brace getting in the way.

no real need to remove the crossbrace. The trick is to jack it up, remove the drivers side wheel, then peel back the plastic wheelwell liner. You will see a couple of holes in the sheetmetal that lets you easily access the hoseclamps from there.

That's the way to do it if you don't get hoses, but it's faster/easier to just move or remove the brace if you get hoses with the tank.

Then again it could just be me.

It's not just you.
