Fluidampr V6 Underdrive crank pulley information

Just thought I'd post to let you guys know what I'm finding.

I did some research and according to FordParts.com the part numbers for the 01' v6 Lincoln LS and the 06' Ford Fusion v6 harmonic balancers are the same part numbers. If they are right then the balancer for the fusion should fit my LS.

I called Fluidampr and they sent me a diagram so I can do a thorough investigation first. I'm going to take measurements and compare mine verse their dampener first before I buy to make sure it will fit properly. Crossing my fingers!

I hoping. With the manual trans spinning the engine at 3k RPM at 70MPH it would be nice to slow down the accessories. I'm sure it would help the automatics, just not as much as the manual because of OD.

On a different note, is there any interest in me asking them if they would want to do a group buy? If so i could also ask the people on my fusion forum if they were interested to get more people on it.

Hmm, didn't think about that as I was buying it mainly for a fuel economy standpoint. There is supposed to be a dyno shop near me(if not then there's one a town south of me), maybe I should stop by and ask them if they do deals or something.
