Not an LS, but awesome car.

I so love black cars. Just lack the requisite detailing skills to keep them looking like sex on wheels. :(

If I were to do a 100% correction on a vehicle, my price would be in the 800-1200 range.

Just to give you an idea of how high priced Paul is. But, he's got the best of everything, and is better at paint correction than me. For now.

He is an excellent marketer, that's for sure.

The sad part is, that car still looked amazing before the detail... How you can make THAT better, that's true skill.

Damn Pete... to do a 100% job you are looking at an easy 20-30 hours of polishing... $1000-$1500 at least...

I'd pay you to detail my car :-D

Very nice car and good work!

5-10K (USD) sounds about right - especially what with him being in the UK where almost everything costs a lot more.

I think when you buy a new $280,000 car, it should not need any detailing. But that's just me

I agree. This particular AM was in pretty good condition compared to some others I have seen (by that I mean seeing other detailer's writeups).

Even before any polishing it wasn't TERRIBLE. But, if you have 280K to drop on a car, 5K should be a drop in the bucket to make it appear it's absolute best.

Ferrari's are even worse.

Don't buy a new Ferrari then... most of them are TRASHED out of the factory... the Astons aren't much better... lots of sand scratches... that DBS was pretty damn clean...
