And i'm talking about the 98 LSC, not the 93... It might be time for a change, not 100% sure yet.. any offers? It's got 108k miles and highly modified, well maintained...

OK stop low balling me, I have a lot of money invested into this car, so im looking for the right buyer who can appreciate what I have done with it...

Ok how about stickin up some pics, and give a ballpark.
Is 5k the area your looking?

You don't want to do that! Hell your just know getting that thing fast. If your serious about it then that Nos kit is going to bring the price down.IMO Pull it off and go with the don't ask don't tell policy. Good luck

Nobody is going to give you a serious offer here man... and the modified part of it all will bring down the price... You need to accept that if you are really going to sell.

But if you decided to part it out I would take a few things LOL!

Not true......look at the money devil child got.

Good point...

But the MAJORITY of people aren't going to give you what you want because the modifications you did were for YOU... that stuff doesn't help resale value...

Ill offer $180, some kitty treats and some slightly used Doritos.

I can think of a reason anyone who reads this board wouldn't buy the car...

yea there are a "few threads" here that might "put off" a prospective buyer..

I wouldn't hesitate to buy it, but IMHO 5K is kinda STEEP... for a car that has several trips to the dragstrip, a nitrous bottle in the trunk..etc.

I'm not scared of a "sprayed car" but.. I dont represent the vast majority of folks who would be interested in a used mark 8.

At this time.. the market simply doesnt support high prices for OLD cars.

He might get lucky and find a "like minded individiual" who isn't afraid to pick up the ball where he dropped it.

Yep your right, once you modify a car to your taste it becomes harder to sell.
Stock is always easyer to unload.
I guess thats why devil got what he did.
He did simple mods...hood wheels ect.

Why would that be? Are you one of those people who think nitrous is bad for the engine? I just checked compression last night and it was strong on all cylinders...

No nitrous isn't bad for your motor... but nitrous backfires are....

Also I generally try and avoid buying cars that the owner beat like a red headed step child...

The backfire did no damage to the motor whatsoever... it could have... but it didn't. Also, I'll take a a car that's had it's legs stretched in the 1/4 mile versus a car that never goes WOT if you were planning to modify it for performance purposes...
