My check engine light has come back i got the codes read
Cylinder Misfire Detected - Cylinder Number 4
Cylinder Misfire Detected - Cylinder Number 6

Probable Cause

1. Ignition System Fault-Spark(S), Ignition Wires, Coil
2.Vacuum Leak
3. Injector Fault
4. High Or Low Fuel Pressure

by the way i just changed all 6 sparks When i Had misfire in coil #2 which i also changed

what is affecting the coils and causing them to misfire
and with the probable causes how do i fix what ever is going on

I just had the P0306 code myself on my V8 LS just weeks ago. It happened to be a disconnected fuel injector connector that solved my problem. Give the injector connectors a look over.

i just changed both coils its not missing any more so in the event it happens again i will check the injectors as for the other probable causes what can i do to check those .. causes to make sure it wont give more problems

The codes you listed indicate misfires in a few cylinders. The three things you need for ignition are fuel, compression and spark. If you get the P30_ code again, you should check the fuel injector, the ignition coils, and if you still have not found the fault, check the compression. Also, if you get any fluid in the spark plug well, it will cause a misfire.
