Snowball or Avalanche?

So my little demousing project turned into a snowball when I decided to pull the rest of the interior to clean and do the blend door... now there is 16" missing from my drivers side rocker panel.... pics to follow

This is all sunroof drain related BS... no mouse on the drivers side... or maybe a little dog food and mouse action... just a little...
