Diablosport?

Are Diablosport programmers programmable to gen 2 marks? The same unit is available for both the 96-98 Cobra and the Marauder. So if it's available for those, wouldn't it be possible to be used on our cars?

Marks have different catch codes then Cobras so just because it will work on a same year Cobra doesnt mean it will work on a Mark. Personally I prefer SCT so I don't know much about Diablo.

Also check our sig. It says 97 Mark VII

Diablosport is a very good tuner. When I worked at Steeda I saw impressive things with the Diablosport tuner. Personally I would way rather have that tuner than any other. That's just me though. Problem is to find out if it will work with our cars, and whom will tune my car with it.

I believe Geno uses Diablosport tuning on his chips, not sure if you can get the programmer to work, have never seen it done on a Mark VIII.

If it isn't listed as an application it isn't going to work... reasons... well a lot...

Also, why would you try and cob something to work when the proper tools are out there, would you use a pliers to hammer a nail?

All I can really say is when it comes to the Mark VIII SCT is the only way to go...

SCT is not the only way to go, how can you say that when there are plenty of folks on here using Sniper and have Marks way faster than yours?

You could have a Mark faster than mine if you put a carburated engine in it and your only tuning tools are screwdrivers....

That being said we have proven over and over and over that Sniper has a :q:q:q:q TON of issues, and that SCT has none....

So if you want to have glitchy tuning issues then by all means go buy Sniper!

there are plenty of folks on here using Sniper and have Marks way more mods in their cars than your stock mark 8 with a tune and special spark plugs[\i]

there i fixed it for you mr. 2k+ in mods

Like I said my car ran a 14.62 with just a tune, mufflers and k&n conical at a slow track that always has a 15-20mph headwind. And my race weight is 4015lbs just FYI...

No, we use Diablo blanks with our programming. As for tuners the Sniper is the way to go imho.
