I actually made a fair amount of dough on the side doing this for friends, family, neighbors, etc. Every single one I did had the owner astonished.

My lights aren't that bad so I might have to do that now before its really bad... I might just have to skip to the 1500 grit/Plastic polish step!

Ha... been there done that. Haven't fixed the problem though. Next step is heating the crossover tube with a torch and using a pipe-wrench (or other) to take the crossover off (if I can get it off). Going through the re-fill steps and seeing if it overheats. If so then I'll do the thermistat. Wonder how hard it is to do.

For the blend door. You NEED a 1/2" ratcheting wrench. No question about it.

I'm betting it will be a weekend thing, but I plan on taking out the seats, center console, and clean the carpet really really well.
