I used regular old high heat paint on mine and they're still black after 6 months. Pics of them are in my gallery.

that paint looks great i wish i could get mine to look that good and the jag wheels are really nice on your car.

+1...

Thanks for the compliments!

My wife thought I was a freak for spending soooo much time on it :D

+1...on my old Trans Am years ago when I first got her, I used to use a whole 8 hours of daylight on my days off, washing and waxing... ;) :D

The Ex: "You did'nt have time to take the trash out, but you had time to _ _ _ _ _ _ _ wash your _ _ _ damm CAR?!"...

Me: "Yup, thats what I said!"

man your ride is HAWT! I am diggin the paint, it looks so nice!

IMO, paint the grill and lose the pillar chrome. Then drop her down

I have had a lot of people on this forum tell me to slam it down, but I live in an area that gets TONS of snow. As for the pillars, I love 'em! They look better in person.

Cheers!

Yeah, I'm in Wisconsin too, The snow is the main reason I won't lower mine.
I am looking for some wheels, though. Probably some silver 18's.

Looks good!

But 2 hours? It takes me 2 hours to just wash the car. A complete detail takes me like 3 DAYS.

Happened a week ago, took 4 hours for wash wax and interior cleanup. Then the temp dropped 30 degrees it rained for 4 days then snowed for 2. I love syracuse. Sigh.

where in Wisco are you guys at?? I am heading up to New Berlin and Delafield next week from Florida

Looks great, not a fan of the B pillars though. What products did you use?

2 hours, thats it? I usually spend alot more time haha. Looks great man, very nice and smooth looking, keep it up.

That looks very nice for 2 hours. Just goes to show people what good preventative maintenance does as well as flat out taking care of possessions.

+1. There's 3 other LS's in my town. ONe black one that took a hit right behind the drivers door, and they have never got it repaired, 1 silver one with some ugly 20's that's never washed, and an ivory one that some chick drives, which the dealership fubar'ed with gold paint on the black waterfall grille and "limited edition" gold badges. She doesn't wash her car either.

Here's a couple pictures of thte others in my town. I don't have any of the black one.

The silver one is at the dealership awaiting the owner to pony up for a hefty repair bill. I called to ask if they were selling it. I waited til they were closed, then drove next to it to take a few pictures :D

And the ivory one. This monstrosity is now owned by a girl here in my town. I cringe every time what the dealership did:
