i checked the fluid it looks good so far
Just a suggestion until more people answer:
Did you check that the foot operated parking brake is fully releasing? What about it's switch? Could try giving that a wiggle and see if it's causing that light to come on intermittently?
Edit: Really though, it sounds like the fluid level might be slightly low - that would definitely explain the light coming on during turns.
