search under way
what is the name of the emission control box? enviro unit? under the trunk and between the tail pipes, max at five star says someone has came up with a replacement since ford (as per usual) has discontinued them, will search myself if i have the right name so i can try ordering one, also as far as check engine codes, if this unit is leaking could it be my po171, po174, i have checked vac leak and so far no luck, having it fogged over the weekend to try to locate.

fred i have 2 pans with all components still and no rust, one is currently listed on ebay, someone made one here out of sheet metal, i cant remember who did it though. but i have two factory pans if you are interested.
 
I made one... thought about selling them but the amount of time it took me compared to what people were will to pay didn't make it worth it. There is one on my car and one on Chickens.... and that is all she wrote.
 
yeah own a gen 1 so you dont have to worry about the pan, you just have to worry about broken valve springs and rocker arms falling off while you are going to get ice cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
mine are just fine C.E jerk!
i have hid's too so i am half as cool.
