Eddie or whom on replacement struts?

Eddie does not sell strutmasters, he sells Arnott's. My original replacement shocks, were strutmasters, and 1 is now leaking after 2 years.
Eddies if you look at them and then go to Arnotts, they are the same and made in Germany. Eddie gave me a little better price delivered than Arnott did.
 
Since when does he sell Arnott? He himself told me that Arnott was cheap chinese junk. Now I am confused.
 
i ordered the lowered coil conversion from Eddie and i recieved all strutmasters stuff, and coils in my opinion are the way to go
 
Let me set the record straight.......Strutmasters makes my "Coil Conversion Kits". Because Arnott is so hard to deal with, I get my air springs & air struts through Strutmasters.

American Air Suspension and Strutmasters are 2 totally different companies, but we do work together better than any competitor out there.

As far as air struts go, without a doubt, the new Ford air struts are the best available.....if you've got the jack, but the New Arnott strut is the best choice "for the money".


I the past, I used to rebuild the air struts myself. But if you factor in the cost to ship these cores from the purchasing customer back to the shop($10-$18ea just for shipping), or buy them from a core dealer at $10-$15 each(plus time & gas to get them), plus the work it takes for teardown & cleanup & paint, plus the cost of the rubber bladders($15-$20) & crimp rings, $10,000 per mold(from Goodyear).....plus of course the $25,000 crimping machine you need to do the job. I found found out that you can really only use about 40% of the cores you do get, due to binding and/or leaking hydraulics. At $150 each, you can see that its really not worth it. Unless of course your Suncore........which rebuilds every core that comes through the door, regardless of the condition of the strut.

Eddie this may mean nothing but the pattern on the rubber bladder on this new strut is the same as the pattern I got from Strutmasters two years ago. This one from Eddie came in a strutmaster box and has ARNOTT in the rubber bladder in big letters? So now I feel like I will have another problem in two years or sooner? Not to mention the drivers side will probably leak in a few months if not sooner.
