mine seems to be leaking.... :(

i htink i saw one time.. someone say you can use a seal from a different car...

same size and all.. just cheaper since its not sold as a "lincoln" part..

and ive never removed or installed this before.. so ... any tips??

how fast is it leaking? most all sun roofs leak a little, thats why they have drains, try blowing out the drains with some compressed air. usually when people complain about a sun roof leak it is actually the drains are plugged and the channels overflow onto the headliner. as for interchangeability maybe a tbird? not sure at all just a guess.

i noticed a slight discoloration in the headliner on the driver side of the sunroof..:(

so i felt it to see if it was wet and it was slightly moist..

ill check the drains and post back....

and i htink it was a tbird seal that would work.. but i dont remember the year.. if it would be the same year as my car or not

I ordered one a couple years back and installed it last year. It was an online site. I forget what it was, I'll have to look it up.

A PITA. The seal is so tight now, the glass needs help to open or close properly. The glass alignment could probably be tweaked better but I gave up.

Mine doesn't leak. Opens up great. But sometimes doesn't retract down without help. I think I try lubin it with something...is this common for them to swell? Any suggestions?:(

The glass alignment needs tweaked. Sounds like it needs moved forward just a bit.

if you look at the sides of the glass there are 4 small bolts. if your roof only hangs up somewhat, try loosening them just a little and re tightening them, some times the glass will move forward just enough for it to work better. also lubing the track helps
