What is with all these ad's I see on this site now?

It's called Pay-Per-Clicks! You click the links and the site gets money to operate.

The only ads I see is the eBay or Google ads at the top. I guess being a Gold Member takes some of the other ads out so I don't see naked women unless you go into the Gold Members section.
It just started so maybe I'll donate....its tough seeing a huge fat black man on some of the ads on the top of my screen or a solicitation for a Paris Hilton sex tape.

Another good reason to become a Gold Member is that you get 10% off all items on our website all the time as long as your in good standing as a Gold member!

I have noticed a ton more ads, but they are all Lincoln/Cadillac related, or atleast vehicle related. I actually like what they've done with the "Current eBay Auctions" just under the "quick reply" box and atop the forum. I have yet to see any ads for anything not related to thiz website.

I don't remember being any more adds than when I joined the LVC period. They could stop the adds and make us all pay.

I added the ads around the quick reply box around 3 months ago. Actually, I replaced other ads with the ones there currently so there arent actually more ads. Otherwise the ads have remaind the same for about 3 years.
The revenue from the ads support the site. Gold members see the same thing, although I have been considering changing that.

Its not spyware.
They are ads like the Christina Ricci sex video, paris hilton, Shakira in a bikini and yes an ad about a Jessica Alba "hot scene," free arcade games and more. They appear at the bottom of LVS page and on the top.
hmmmmmm, maybe I shouldn't donate, haha.
