My 05 v8 Ls went into failsafe mode at a dead stop and also said service parking brake. I restarted he car and it went out of failsafe mode so I drove it home to pull any possible codes (no MIL’s illuminated). When I read the codes I pulled four pending codes all related to the throttle actuator control system. The codes are p2106, p2104, p2111, and p2135. Any idea what might be causing this?

I also performed the KOEO and KOER tests. The KOEO pulled a p0020 code and the KOER test just said system pass

So, that's not really enough info to say very much about it. It would be good to know what the trouble code(s) for the EPB were when this happened. You only pulled the generic OBDII codes. You need to pull all the LS specific codes using a Ford specific scan tool, like Forscan. That could give a lot more information.

Usually, your combination of ET codes indicates an EMI/RFI problem, instead of an actual ETC problem. It is most often noise from a marginal COP, but it could also be noise from a failing DCCV. This could be the EPB problem as well. Of course, it could be something else too. Knowing all the specific DTCs and the freeze frame data could help narrow it down.

I ended up checking the throttle position voltages on the scan tool at work and the voltages at no throttle, WOT, and the crossover inbetween were within spec. I then checked the throttle body to find it was gunked up. I cleaned it and cleared the codes but the same codes came back today. I pulled every code I could with the scan tool. Codes are c1904 u1027 u1262 b1875 b1623 b1625 p0020 p2104 p2206 p2111 and p2135. I’ll try to post pics of the codes but it won’t let me upload them. Coils and plugs are motorcraft and have 3000 miles on them. Getting 0 misfire counts so it’s probably not that. I don’t know how to check the DCCV

Here’s the pics

...Codes are c1904 u1027 u1262 b1875 b1623 b1625 p0020 p2104 p2206 p2111 and p2135. ...

C1904 is a mystery (typo?)
U1047 - missing RPM is the source of your problem. It tripped the EPB fault, and it caused the ETC failsafe.
U1262 - result of above code
B1875 - multi-function switch - not related, replace multi-function switch if you are having a problem with the turn signal. Otherwise, ignore it, it could go for several years before actual failure.
B1623, B1625 - door keypad light - not related. Does the keypad on the door light up when you press a button? - are these typos? They don't show up in your pictures, and there are codes in the pictures not in your list.

Anyway, U1047 identifies the root of all this. At this time, I'm unsure where to look for the problem/solution. I fear it may be an issue in the PCM, but I'm not certain. My 2006 has done this once so far.

There was a couple typos yeah. The c1904 is actually c1094. The b1623 and b1625 are actually b1263 and b1265. Should I just keep driving it and see if anything else pops up?

C1094 - You didn't step on the brake pedal during the self test.
B1263 - Problem with the fresh/recycle air inlet door for the climate control system. It could be momentary and be ignorable. If it is continuous, then the servo failed and may have broken the lever to the fresh air door. If you manually select fresh then recycle does the air flow change slightly (best done with all the doors and windows closed)?

B1265 is a false code, the 2nd gen does not have a bypass door.

Yes, at this point just keep driving it and see if it happens again.

Same thing was happening to mine and what I did was replace the gas pressure sensor followed by the throttle positioning sensor and that took mine out of limp mode but when I would stop at a red light the car would shake so the I replaced the coils and was a smooth ride after that
