Does anyone know if the bottom hose coming from the degas bottle is sold separately or can you replace with a regular hose! Please help need it fixed tonight!!

That hose is called "Degas bottle return hose."
I haven't seen it as a separate part from Ford. I don't know about third parties. It does seem like you could just buy enough of the correct diameter hose, but I don't know if it would kink or not.

yeah the kinking is what I am worried about. I replaced the bottle 5 months ago and it is still leaking there, so I figured the only other thing it could be is the hose.
I mean it just started leaking was fine before Tuesday!

The Ford part comes with the hose, so I assume you used the Doorman part. You need to replace it with the Ford part. I suspect the problem is really the Doorman bottle and not the hose.

I ordered mine from Silver State Ford, part number 5W4Z8A080AA, cost was 133.78. Came with the hose, had the Ford part number stamped into it. Also had the hose on it, and a clamp. Worked perfectly. No leaks at all.

I "remember" that stupid clamp on that hose, gave me the hardest time trying to get it to unsnap from it's locked position all the way down along the firewall like that.
got close to taking the bottle back out and replacing the clamp with a worm clamp but after a few more tries I finally managed to get the new clamp to unsnap into place.
stupid clamp, spend way too much time on it

Lol the clamp wasn't the problem I bought the tool because someone spun it backwards to where there was no way to get anything back there.
Did it right paid the ford dealership a visit and $204 :'(, but my problem was being stranded at an apartment building doing the whole thing with hose clamp pliers needle nose pliers a couple screw drivers and a crescent wrench :/ and the hose that the annoying clamp was on was cemented in place. So I cut it up and twisted and out it came.
FYI did anyone know that if you bend the wipers up the pretty much fall right off? No prying needed otherwise went alright only 3 bloody knuckles and a skinned up top of the hand from trying to fit them in the engine bay.
Oh yeah unclamping was a pain too I clamped it with needle nose and twisted and it finally popped

Lol couldn't tell you I say dee-gus but when I ask for parts most ford dealerships consider it coolant reservoir. Lol good question
