Ok guys, since the car is done, tell me what you think. I just took these pictures today while working. I don't know if you can tell but it has all CE (gold) badges including the Lincoln Star on the front grill. Check 'em out, enjoy...

I'm usually not crazy about that color but it looks real good on your mark, probably one of the cleanest none modified (exterior, i mean no tint, rims tires etc) gen 2's i've ever seen. nice work

Funny how time changes things. Few years earlier I would hate this color, but today I must say its a classy looking car. Color is rare. Love the LSC look.

I can't begin to explain how much I comprehend what you said above. So much so that I didn't want to buy the car. My father stepped up to the plate for me reference this car in exchange for me to get rid of my blue 93 & my cordovan 97 so that I have a more dependable low mileage Mark. I really didn't want it because anything tan in my mind is a senior citizen color. Needless to say, I have fallen in love w/the car more than my 93 even though I still owe my dad $1,000 for it as well.

Beautiful photos!

It looks like you took them at sunset?

That color does look better with the LSC treatment. I wonder why that color was never offered as an LSC from the factory?

It was actually around 2:30pm but the sun was behind the building so I got nice pics.

I agree, praire tan LSC's should've been produced... atleast in low quantities to make them rare.

beautiful car man!!! i love the color!

Wow, talk about bringing back an old thread! Thanks man. Yeah since those pictures my car received Collector's Edition moldings, Collector's Edition wood accents inside, Collector's Edition shifter, tinted windows & Collector's Edition steering wheel.

Ironically I may end up swapping all the original parts back onto the car by this fall & I may be selling the car.
