I PM The info to him on this one. He never responded. I talked to the place this morning. They still had the bumper. I figured I would Tell everyone. I case someone was interested.

This website has remanufactured bumpers for fairly cheap. http://www.prestigebumpers.com/lincoln.html
They say they have a 2002 LSE front bumper for $250, however the picture they used is the same pic they used for the Gen 2 LSE front bumper. It is worth looking into for anyone interested since they often post stock photos.
