Sure looks like it, they didn't make many with moonroofs

That poor car. What an a$$hole!

Wait wait wait, poor car!?
That's how you use a car! :) The Mark Viii is super fun to drift around in (although only when wet, it's as you know too slow with stock gearing and such) :)

Maybe that's how you use a car. That's not using the car, that's abusing it. I don't abuse mine. That's probably why mine has practically no problems. Bill put so much effort to make that car beautiful. That's not drifting. That's just a douche sliding around a turn in a residential neighborhood in the rain. Not impressive.

Nice car, midnight grey or black...decisions, decisions..

What was done in the video isnt abusive at all...

If i am half throttle in the wet my car does that all day long, doesnt sound like that, but if I get into like he did at the end same thing...the wet is almost like ice, and the ice, forget about it.

Its not abusive at all...dont even think he took it past 6000 rpms..its just what happens when you lean it to it while having gears with a solid trans and wet pavement, among other things.

hey sbcaprice305...you thanked both! is it abusive or not?
:soapbox:

Sorry mate, I don't care if anyone is impressed when I'm sliding around in the rain with mine. I'm having fun. All I'm wasting is some tires and I'm hardly wearing anything on the car when doing it (except for tires that is) :D
And so be it, I don't think I'm ruining my car, I'm just enjoying it.'

EDIT: Forgot to mention I'm enjoying it my way, everyones enjoying their cars different ways ;)

It's Laser's old car.... if you look at the youtube page it's got a video of the red slab drifta car that another member bought or tried to buy... Another guy own's the gray mark now and wants some coin for it.

I heard the owner of the grey car has pretty much trashed it. True? By the looks of what he's doing to it, I would say so.

The guy that Laser sold the car to, is the guy in that video. Since then it has been sold another guy who has it listed on on here: http://www.mautofied.com/1998-Lincoln-Mark-VIII-LSC_Domestic/listing/100504011/

His bottom dollar on it is $8,500

Little too much for my blood. Sad part about it is that most of the nicer pics are the ones that Bill took himself. I remember the pictures and one of them is at Bills old house from 2 years ago or close to it. It's not an $8500 car IMO, not now anyway.

Me either, I've been trying to get the car back since Bill got it in the trade deal when I got his white car. I wanted to buy it when he first had to sell it, but had a couple other things I had to take care of instead. Your right $8,500 is a little much, especially now.

The nice pictures are Bill's, he's got a eye for taking good pics of these cars.
