I'm planning to get another Mark the coming weekend after searching for a while. I found a cheap 1994 Mark VIII not too far from me which Im planning to check out on Saturday. The car seem to be in alright condition for its price, but it has one major problem, its color is "rose mist" which is probably the reason why its so cheap
The paintjob seems to be in a good condition for its age but I am not sure if I really want to drive around in an purplish pink Lincoln for a longer period of time so I'm probably gonna repaint or vinyl wrap it. Vinyl wrapping it would be cheaper and conserve the original paint, its pretty rare after all, the problem is, the door jams and stuff would stay purple...
Up until now I though black or a very dark grey would look best on a Mark VIII, until I found the picture below. I always liked dark red cars and the Cordovan of the Collectors Edition cars which I assume it is just looks brilliant. Anyone driving one here? Post pictures of Cordovan or similar Mark VIIIs to help me decide whether its the right color for mine.
