That's what I'm bidding on. I didn't want to insult the seller by offering to little. Plus I've got to pay shipping .

Those prices are steep. I would guess they will never sell at that unless. that companyin Green Bay has a ton of NOS Gen1 panels which have been for sale for a long time. I personally would not buy a panel via mail unless I knew the person well. There is just too much room to intepret the severity of cosmetic issues.
