...walking is still free
Yeah, but when I "speed" walk I don't have the pleasure of smelling rotten eggs.

Cat's are fine. Just the normal 3rd cat stench under wot. Thanks though.
So while were talking about maintainance, how long do the cv joints in the rear last?
I know the feeling.
Do what I did when mine started stinkin'. Cut that thing off and put in an H-Pipe. You won't regret it!
15 years and 200k miles and still going strong. Not a tear in the boots, no grease leakage, no "clicking" or "clacking". I'd say they will last a pretty good while. RWD CV joints don't have to deal with the stresses of FWD joints. They only move one way, up and down. I like to spray silicone on mine every so often to keep them from dryrotting.
Your solution to said issue conflicts with the title of this thread.![]()
Something you may not realize...but EVERY car ever made Is a machine...and all machines will eventually need maintainance and repairs...ALL of them
You can go ahead and give the car to me then it can nickel and dime me.
Its still a nice ride. Why you so down about it?
WrongThe Mark VIII is an animal! Unfortunately, that means it will eventually get old, weak, slow, wobbly, and eventually die
