Yet Another 0-60 Run

Hi all! Since everybody's doing 0-60 runs, I figured I'd throw one in here too. This is my '96 Mark VIII. I was actually pretty impressed. According to the video, it did it in about 6.8 seconds. Not bad at all for a 15 year old car with 204K miles! Anyway, I'm happy with it.

Thanks! It's stock quasi-dual with the mufflers cut off and replaced with straight pipes.

I honestly couldn't believe it myself. I didn't think the old girl was that fast! Now I'll have to run the wife's '97 LSC and see what the difference is. Mine "feels" faster than hers, even though the '97 has true dual exhaust with an H-pipe and no 3rd cat. We'll see soon...

It seems to be in the 7 second range. With 245/50 tires, the speedo is off about 2 mph. She's faster than I thought. Now I've got to do one for the Cobra. If I configure out a camera mount so I can shift
