Yes i searched Scan tool

Does anybody know where i could get a scan tool that will program an 02 remote fob ? I found lots of treads that mention a Scan tool( A good scan Tool )but nothing on where or what one to get ? Plz . I found some Ford Star Testers NG- somthing but they where well out of reach in the thousands ? Thanks Great site all
