I have heard some say that if u mod the exhaust u need to put a double x-pipe, while others say a single x-pipe works fine. What are the benifits/drawbacks of each? do u loose low end torque with a single, or gain it with a double. Is the difference just a drone issue? How does each effect preformance?

There's really no need for a double x pipe, it's just for sound purposes. You don't get as much drone with 2 x pipes. Some say you gain more torque but I doubt it.

You do gain, we saw it on the dyno, not much but a gain yes. The sound was the original reason we didi it and the very welcomed by product was an even more exotic sound as well as micro torque.

So the car had a single x pipe on and then a 2nd one was welded on and it was dynoed again?

ahh, forget that x,xx,w,e,g,b and o pipe stuff. Just get and regular old H pipe
