WTB: gen2 blower motor controller

Did it go out? Some times the controller will short itself out and seem dead. Water can drip down through the air inlet or arround the inlet after it cracks. Over time calcium will build up and short the circuitry. This can be cleaned off. I have done this to both my Mark's after the controller "failed". Remove it, disassemble, and inspect the circuit board side with the little components. If it looks like it has gray powdery corrosion clean it with Isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush. This is perfectly safe. I work in electronics manufacturing and we clean board assemblies all the time with IPA. the whole process only takes a half hour. the controller disassembles easily, but be careful not to crack the plastic housing. I would post pics but I am on a business trip.
You can buy IPA at any drug store.

Yea, done that to both of them. First thing I did. No go. Thanks though.
