I have one mark diff with 3.08, one with 3.27 & a T bird one with 3.08. All are open diffs but are complete and ready to be thrown in.

Correct, the weight difference i read was only about 7lbs. 100.00 plus shipping. It has to be shipped ups because it does weigh more then usps' limit of 70lbs.

I do have an aluminum case and rear cover from a mark VIII 80.00 plus shipping.
