I have definitely thought about this, as well as the red vinyl overlay done by other members. My main concern is the detectable transition between painted and originals. If I spray both I am also worried about a visible difference. I appreciate the link, if I become impatient enough I may try this route. (used to have a gen1 and I prefer the all-red look so I want it for my now new to me '06) But for at least a little while longer I will hold out for the OEM set.
Found on rear left on ebay, may have to source them individually from scrap yards if I have to. Or find and LSE willing to trade for my currents. (shrug)
