I hit damn animal of some sort tonight on the highway. Not 100% sure what, I am thinking a large raccoon. Anyway it mauled the front bumper, no more fog light lower valance and cracked out 3/4 of the lower grille as well as the tow cover. I am pissed I will upload pics tomorrow. It's not totaled by any means but still not happy what so ever

Crap, sorry to hear about that Anton!

The wife and I were out for supper and coming home late at night.
A pickup truck in front of me that I was pacing to pass, slightly swerved and ran over something,
I was directly behind and ended up yanking it to the right near the shoulder to also avoid the,
then already dead raccoon laying at the center line. ... and it was large.

All I could think about was, had I already passed that pickup, it could have cost me my lower front end.

I have to start watching my back roads around here now this time of year, wildlife is back out in full force.

Hope you get her fixed up quickly.

Not a real secret though.
damage not too bad considering.
... fixable, still sucks though.

Don't feel so bad, at least it's not your fault.

I busted my windshield a few days ago, due to my own carelessness. It's an expensive mistake for me..

I did the same thing last summer changing wiper blades, the dang arm slipped and smacked the windshield. The good thing is my car just got blasted with hail so I can turn it in to insurance, bad thing is my car is all dented up from the hail.

Doesn't look too bad 2002 and its a good thing you have insurance.
