Work time to change out Coils

On average with all the proper tools and someone to help how long would it take to change out the ignition coils, and spark plugs on a 2000 LS V6?

About 2 1/2 to 3 hours or a little more if it's your first time. After you've done it before and know where all the little hoses and such go, you'll do it in a little to no time. Take your time. If you have a digital camera take pictures on the way in just in case you get confused on the way out. I always use some plain masking tape to label the hoses by number on my way.
