So I know some/most of you probably could care less what type of wiper blade you use, but I bought some Bosch Icon blades (a bit more expensive) but they look great and work great. They look like part of the car - very clean look because they have a housing/cover that hides the part where they clip on. Figured I would share.

Also, I read that we shouldn't use rain-x on the windshield because it messes with the automatic wipers. How true is this? Any experiences using other products?

Finally, I have the stock chrome rims and sometimes have a tough time getting them clean. I'm currently using Eagle One Chrome and Wire Wheel cleaner (gray bottle) and it seems to work well but I'm always looking for something that works better. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Those wipers are awesome. Also the Rain-X wipers that are about the same price as Bosch are great too. I've heard of people getting 3+ years of usage out of the Bosch wipers. I've used both I've mentioned and have no complaints.

Michelins

I just bought some Michelins at Walmart for abour $4 a piece. Don't know if they will suffer this South Florida sun for long or not but they sure move the rain off the windshield nicely. Will let you know in a few months if they last or not...

You should not use Rain-X on the windshield portion over the auto wiper sensor is correct as stated in the owners manual.
