I've gone through www.discounttiredirect.com in the past for all my winter wheels/tires here in New England. I bought 16" black steel wheels from a 96-99 Taurus SHO and Dunlop Winter Sport M3's 225/55/16's for under $600. (Need to use a spacer on the fronts because the wheel won'd clear the caliper.)

I ave steel wheels and Goodyear Eagle Ultragrip Ice's on the wife's Mazima. Both the Goodyear's and the Dunlops are great tires with decent performance on dry roads as well.

Of course, if you're looking for something flashier in a wheel, there's tons of options for inexpensive 16" and 17" wheels that you can wrap with any rubber. Best part is that they come mounted, balanced and ready to install on the car.

I may be willing to sell my 17" chrome OE wheels off my LSE...Ive been looking into getting 18's and wont be driving my LSE in the winter...lemme know
