Winshield Washer

hi i have a 2000 Lincoln LS with 94k miles im having a problem with me winshield wiper whenever i press washer button so water comes out nothing happens i hear the motor turning over as if its trying but no water comes out i thought something was clogging the rubber line but when i blew into the line i saw water bubbling up from the reservoir so what could be the problem?

Check all lines... if all lines are connected, you might simply need a new pump.
