I recently replaced my heater core on my 98 lsc afterwards i turned the wipers on and they worked for about 30 secs tried to turn them on again and nothing. Does anyone know what might have caused this? Also i'm hearing a popping/crackling noise while sitting with the car in drive but when i put the car in park and let it idle the noise goes away. i don't hear it while driving either.
