I Have A 2000 Lincoln Ls And The Last Couple Of Days My Windshield Wipers Have Been Going Crazy. As I Was Driving Down The Highway They Came On By Themselves And Stayed On About 10 Mins Or So.they Went From Going Fast, To Slow And Finally Stopping In The Middle Of The Windshield Before Going Back Down.have Anyone Had This Problem And If So How Was It Corrected. Thanks

Thats because there are on the automatic mode. It is a nice feature but I know the 2000's do go crazy at times even when there isnt much water on the windshield.

check the wiper controls for them being on automatic, other than that it could be something internal. btw i have a 2000 LS and my auto wipers stay on auto all the time and could not work better. auto wipers from here out
