windshield washers

So, I have a 98 Mark VIII, when you push in the washer button, you can hear the motor working but no water comes out of the jets, but a puddle of water appeared right behind the front drivers side wheel. I'm guessing a loose hose? Is the only way to get at the jets is to take apart the whole cowl? Thanks.

Start from the pump and follow the hose until you discover the break.

Mine was just a hose un hooked under the cowl vent
