Windshield washer message.

There is no cleaning it, just by a new one and change it or put a jumper wire in the harness and leave it. I payed like 8.00 for the new sensor but it sucked to put it in with the bumper still on.

I have had this issue with my Mark since I bought it.
I finaly got around to pulling the old one from my parts mark and found that it has had the same issue and the plug has been jumped.

In the top pic you can see the sensor (barely) and the plug just below and to the right. Also at the top of the pic, a bit blurry is the jumper wire I found in my sensor plug. I had been plugged in and covered with electrical tape.
So I might not have got the sensor I needed but now I dont have to make a jumper :)

LOL I used a paperclip and electrical tape for years. One day i had a spurt of energy and installed the 8.00 sensor.......what a mistake, now if its not 80% full a good right handed turn (or on ramp) will kick on the warning, ill add maybe 2 cups of fluid and it wont do it.....annoying it what that sensor is, i would leave the jumper in before i ever replace it again.

I replaced mine and it works great now (was the very first thing I ever did to this car!) I don't remember all I did but moving the PS cooler helps and I unbolted the container and wiggled it around till I could grab the sensor. Lube the seal on the new one before you put it in, it'll slid right in ;)
