So today it was hot. i tried to lowered all my windows but the rear passenger window wouldn't go down. I tried to lower it and it wouldn't make any movement or noise at all. Is it the power window motor?or what can it be?

The window may just be out of it's track. It seems to happen to my passenger side door on my mark every couple of years. If you can "help" it down by pushing it down by hand the motor will pull it the rest of the way. Then you know that the motor is ok (I assume you have ruled out the switch). Make sure it isn't going to rain right away in case the glass jams and you can not get it all the way back up until you fix it. It shouldn't take alot of pressure to get the window to move. Once mine is down a few inches, I let go of the switch and see if I can pull the window back up, when only the back of the glass moves up I know I have a mechanical problem with it.

i have bets on window regulator, mine just went about 3 weeks ago, same window actually, LS's are notorious for them

Yup. I just made point to this in the things to make better thread.

Push it down and see if it goes down. Then try to roll it up with the button. May only be the sh*ty clips they use to hold it in place.

I'm guessing it was the clips.
i kept pushing the button down and eventually it went down and up good. So everything seems to be working good.
